Convenient return service

If you for any reason (repair, hardware upgrade, etc.) want to return a device, then please contact us in advance.

In consultation with you, we will gladly arrange for you to pick up the package by UPS. Pack the device well and safely, if possible in the original packaging. Give us weight and dimensions of the package and we will arrange the pick-up directly from you. It could not be more comfortable!
